the room was cozy and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. the location is great for exploring the city as it is close to several attractions. We enjoyed the view from our room and the peaceful atmosphere of the area where the hotel is located.
The hotel seemed disorganized as they denied room availability for the specified dates and we had trouble reaching them before arriving. This put a damper on our plans and made us feel a bit stressed.

Convenient location! It's super close to a bus stop and Ambrai ghat is just a short walk away. 🚌 You can easily get around and explore!

Easter at this hotel was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options including hot and cold dishes. The hotel was situated in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. The pool area was relaxing and well-maintained. a great value for the price.
The communication with the hotel prior to arrival could have been improved. There were some misunderstandings about room availability and we had trouble getting in touch with the hotel before our arrival.
